Booking Terms & Conditions

Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 10 am. If early check-in or late check-out is required clinets will need to pay for an extra night at the time of the booking.

Please note that in order to secure your booking you must pay a (refundable) damage deposit of AED 2500 that has to be supported by an authorized credit card (5000AED for monthly rentals and if without authorized credit card) to our ground agency. The cost of any damages to the property or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party (for example telephone calls) will be deducted from your damage deposit. If damage or service charges are not applicable the total damage deposit will be refunded to you within 28 days from your departure. If the damage deposit is not sufficient to cover any damages caused or service charges, you will be responsible for paying any additional amount required.

Our ground angency will contact you before departure to arrange the payment of the damage deposit.
