The five star Shangri-La Hotel, Abu Dhabi opened its doors to welcome guests on 12th August 2007. All 214 rooms of six different categories; the four restaurants in the main building; Chi, The Spa by Shangri-La; the Health Club and all meeting facilities are fully operational. Currently guests can also enjoy two of five beaches and four of five pools, including the childrens pool. Other parts of the Qaryat Al Beri project will be opened throughout 2008, including 161 serviced apartments, six luxury villas, the lively Souk and the waterway. Although the project is yet to be completed, disruption to in-house guests will be kept to a minimum. |

Outside of the hotel, construction has commenced approximately 1 kilometre away on the other side of the sea. There is some piling working currently being conducted and occasional noise may come across to our property. Additional to this, there is a restaurant development approximately 300 yards away from the hotel South wing with occasional noise being heard during daylight hours and is expected to continue till the end of November. |

The 8.5 hectare hotel complex provides a wide range of facilities and services for the discerning traveller.
