There are development projects taking place particularly behind and around the Beach hotels in Jumeirah and Jebel Ali. Please note that all the construction sites are working 24hrs a day, however at night only light work is carried out.This extensive construction work is unfortunately visible from most Tower View rooms. Guests wanting a nice view of the Arabian Gulf are advised to book 'Sea View Rooms' which all have either a side or full front view of the sea. Please note that the current rates already reflect reductions made for any inconvenience caused. |

The development is in its final stage, and is taking place directly inland and next to the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Resort. We therefore continue to advise guests wanting a view of the Arabian Peninsula to book our sea-view rooms which all have either a side or full front view of the sea. |

As per Hotel Policy, a deposit of AED 250/-, or USD 69/- per room per night is required to from all guest upon check-in.
On the basis of a cash deposit and if the guest spend does not exceed this amount, the balance will be returned in the local currency upon check-out. However, if the guest has guaranteed extras by credit card, the pre-authorisation taken by the Hotel will be cancelled and the guest can settle by any means accepted by the Hotel upon departure.
