The traditional courtyard summer houses of old Arabia have inspired these beautifully designed stand-alone, two-storey houses. They represent the premium accommodation of the Resort and suit the guest seeking a more intimate hideaway within Madinat Jumeirah. All the houses are accessible by waterway or by paths which wind their way through the richly landscaped gardens.
There are two house types, Arabian and Gulf each offering luxurious guest rooms and suites. The Dar Al Masyaf Gulf summer houses offer superb access to the beach and all benefit from privileged locations within the Resort. All can be configured to accommodate one to three guest rooms, depending on specific requirements, and are ideal for small groups or families.
Madinat Jumeirah translates into the 'City of Jumeirah', so named because of the sheer variety of this magnificent Resort, located in the heart of fashionable Jumeirah.

Arabian heritage is omnipresent in these exquisite properties, furnished in the warm tones and ochre hues redolent of times past.
Arabian Deluxe
Overlooking the gardens, waterways, passing abra and omnipresent wind towers - the aspect from the Arabian Deluxe Rooms in the Arabian summer houses will transport you to a place of authentic Arabian heritage. Warm hues of ochre and yellow create a sense of relaxed refinement and contrast beautifully with the rich 'antique' furniture and traditional Middle Eastern styles.
The Arabian Deluxe Rooms are located on the ground and first floor to afford the best views of the lush landscaped gardens and meandering waterways.
