| Large scale construction will start at the beginning of March 2008 in the area adjacent to the hotel. The construction & development of the adjoining property entails work within the hotel lagoon, therefore the beach services will be affected and the guests may experience noise in the external and internal areas of the hotel. In addition some rooms will overlook the development sites next to the lagoon as well as on the city side of the hotel. All other hotel services and facilities are operating as normal. |

| Kindly be informed that swimming in the hotel's lagoon will not be permitted due to construction taking place in the area adjacent to the resort, however other beach services will be in operation as usual. Alternatively it has been arranged for the guests to use the beach in Le Meridien Abu Dhabi, transportation will be arranged at fixed times on a daily basis. Guests may also experience noise in the external and internal areas of the hotel as some rooms will overlook the development sites next to the lagoon as well as on the city side of the hotel. All other hotel services and facilities are operating as normal. |
